Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us"), which runs at . By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. The service

lets you build forms, share them, collect responses, and work with them through a website and an API. Features and limits depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page and in your account.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including logins you give to viewers.
• Tell us at straight away if you think your account or a key has been misused. Revoke the key from your account page.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Your forms and the data you collect

• You own your forms and the responses they collect ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, process, send and display Your Content only to run the service for you.
• You decide what your forms ask and why. For personal data you collect from respondents, you are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we act as your Data Processor. You're responsible for giving respondents any notice and getting any consent the law requires.
• For forms set to email-only, we pass each response to our email provider and do not store it. If delivery fails, the respondent is asked to try again. We can't recover email-only responses.

4. Things you must not do

Don't use the service to:

• Collect passwords, card numbers, bank details, Aadhaar numbers or other government ID numbers.
• Pretend to be another person, company or government body, or run phishing or scams.
• Send spam, or collect data from people without a lawful reason.
• Host illegal, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit content, or anything involving minors in a harmful way.
• Get around plan limits, rate limits or security, or overload the service.
• Resell the service as your own without a written agreement with us.

We may remove forms or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

5. Plans, payment and GST

• The Trial pack is a one-time payment of ₹49 (GST and payment charges included) for 3 months, once per email address and once per mobile number.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, quarterly or yearly, through our payment partner. The plan price, a payment gateway charge and GST are shown separately before you pay.
• Plans renew automatically until you stop renewal from your account. Stopping takes effect at the end of the paid term. If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for a short grace period while we retry.
• Upgrading to a longer term starts the new term straight away; the unused part of your current term is credited against the new price. Moving to a shorter term is paid when you choose it and starts when your current term ends, with no credit or refund for the current term.
• We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it or we've charged you in error. Contact within 7 days of a charge you think is wrong.
• If you go over your plan's limits, or your plan ends, new responses are refused until the next month or until you choose a plan. Stored data isn't deleted because of a limit or because a plan ended.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before raising the price of your plan.

6. Beta features

Features marked beta, and the service during its beta programme, are offered as they are, may change or stop, and aren't covered by any uptime commitment.

7. The API

• Keep within the documented rate limits. We may slow or block traffic that harms the service.
• We keep version 1 of the API stable. We give at least 90 days' notice before removing or breaking anything in it, and post changes in the API changelog.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, with regular backups. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we don't promise any specific uptime. Support is by email at .

9. Ending the agreement

• You can delete your account anytime from Account → Delete account. Download anything you need first, using CSV export or the API.
• We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms.
• When you delete your account, your forms and responses are deleted at once. Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days. If we close an account, we delete its content 30 days after closing.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You'll cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by Your Content or by your breaking these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that affect you materially, we'll email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at have exclusive jurisdiction.
